Withdraw from the contract
You can withdraw from the contract online here. Enter the order number and the e-mail from your confirmation. We confirm receipt by e-mail right away. You can also send your withdrawal by e-mail to info@sbaldata.cz or by post to Lukáš Hruška, Labská louka 668/15, 500 11 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic.
The eSIM is digital content delivered immediately after payment with your express consent. Once delivered, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends. If the eSIM was not delivered or does not work, please use a
complaint instead. We will assess your withdrawal and reply within 14 days.
