E-mail info@sbaldata.cz. Please include the e-mail used for the order, the order number, your phone model, the country, a description of the problem (ideally with a screenshot) and the remedy you request. We reply as soon as possible, usually within one business day.
When we receive your complaint, we will e-mail you a confirmation stating the date it was made, its content and the remedy you requested. Once resolved, we will send you a confirmation of how and when it was resolved, or the reasons for rejecting it.
We resolve complaints without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest from the date they are made, unless we agree on a longer period. If the eSIM is defective or cannot be used in the stated country, we will, at your choice, provide a replacement eSIM or refund the amount paid (by the same method you paid with). If the defect cannot be fixed or we do not fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a reasonable price reduction or to withdraw from the contract. You are also entitled to reimbursement of reasonable costs incurred in making a justified complaint.
We are responsible for the eSIM working as described in the plan for its entire validity period.
An incompatible or carrier-locked phone (you can check compatibility in advance on the Compatibility page), incorrect installation or deleting the eSIM from the phone, used-up data and expired plan validity. We are happy to help in these cases too. Short outages of a local operator's network are handled individually; for a longer outage we will offer a replacement eSIM or a refund.
If the eSIM has not arrived within 30 minutes of payment, check your spam folder and the “My eSIM” page, or contact us. If we do not deliver the eSIM or you are charged twice, we will refund the payment.
If we cannot resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.gov.cz), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes, the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or the competent body in your country.
