You pay online when you order, through a secure payment gateway: by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are protected by 3D Secure, and we never see or store your card number.
Prices are final, including all taxes, with no extra fees. You can pay in Czech crowns, euros or US dollars according to the selected currency. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee according to its own pricing.
We send your eSIM by e-mail right after payment, usually within a few minutes. The e-mail contains a QR code and details for manual installation. Delivery is free and nothing is sent by post. You can also find your eSIM on the My eSIM page or in your account.
The validity of a plan usually starts only when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination; the exact conditions are shown for each plan. So you can buy and install your eSIM well in advance.
Check your spam folder and the My eSIM page. If it isn't there either, write to us at info@sbaldata.cz. If we can't deliver your eSIM, we'll refund you.
If we refund you (for example after a justified complaint), we refund the same way you paid, within 14 days at the latest. Depending on your bank, the money may take a few business days to appear in your account.
