The seller is Lukáš Hruška, Company ID: 23500026, registered at Labská louka 668/15, 500 11 Hradec Králové, sole trader registered in the Czech trade register, not a VAT payer (the “Seller”). Contact: info@sbaldata.cz. These terms govern contracts concluded through sbaldata.cz (the “Website”) between the Seller and the buyer. The buyer may be a consumer or a business.
The Seller sells data eSIMs (digital mobile-data packages for use abroad). The eSIM is delivered electronically as a QR code and installation details. It is not a physical SIM card and does not include calls or SMS; the package contains mobile data only. Data allowance, validity, countries and networks are shown for each package before you order.
You order on the Website by choosing a package, entering your e-mail and paying. You can check and correct your details before submitting. The contract is concluded when the order is paid and confirmed by e-mail. The Seller may refuse an order, e.g. in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected abuse; any amount paid is then refunded.
Prices are shown in CZK, EUR or USD according to the selected currency, including all taxes. No further fees are charged. Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure Stripe payment gateway. The Seller does not see or store your card number. If a price is displayed in a currency other than CZK, the currency shown at payment prevails.
The eSIM is delivered electronically to the e-mail address entered in the order, usually within minutes of payment, and is also available on the “My eSIM” page / in your customer account. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the e-mail address.
The buyer is responsible for making sure their device supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier (SIM-lock). The device check on the Compatibility page is for guidance only. We recommend installing the eSIM before departure while on wifi. The data package activates when it first connects to a supported network in the destination country, or within the period stated for the package. Validity (number of days) is counted as stated for the package. Unused data expires when validity ends. Speed and coverage depend on local operators and cannot be guaranteed.
The eSIM is digital content and a service delivered electronically immediately after payment. A consumer expressly agrees when ordering that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding national provisions). The order cannot be completed without this consent, and the Seller confirms it by e-mail. An online withdrawal can be submitted on the Withdrawal page. A buyer who has not received the eSIM, or if it cannot be delivered, is entitled to a refund.
The Seller is responsible for the eSIM having the properties stated for the package, being usable in the stated country and working for the entire validity of the package. You can claim a defect by e-mail to info@sbaldata.cz, stating the order number and describing the problem; the procedure is described in the complaints policy. The Seller confirms receipt of the complaint by e-mail and resolves it without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. The following are not defects: incompatibility or a locked device, incorrect installation or deletion of the eSIM, used-up data and expired package validity; we still try to help in these cases. Short outages of a local operator's network are handled individually; for a longer outage the Seller offers a replacement eSIM or a refund.
An account is created by entering an e-mail address and a verification code; no password is needed. It is used to view orders and top up data. The buyer is responsible for securing their mailbox. The account can be deleted at any time on request.
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
A consumer may submit a complaint to the Seller (e-mail above). If the dispute is not resolved, the consumer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2 (www.coi.gov.cz), the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk), or the competent body in their country of residence.
Contracts are governed by Czech law. A consumer from another EU country keeps the protection granted by mandatory provisions of their country of residence. The Seller may amend these terms; contracts already concluded are governed by the version in force at the time of the order. These terms are effective from the date they are published on the Website.
