Before you buy

Does eSIM work on my phone?

You need a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier, for example iPhone XS or newer, recent Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models and others. Check on the Compatibility page or dial *#06# (an EID number appears).

When should I install the eSIM?

Ideally at home on wifi before you fly. It only activates once you connect to a network in your destination. For Turkey, always install it in advance.

Can I still make calls and send texts?

Yes. Your regular SIM stays for calls and texts, the eSIM is for mobile data only. You can call through WhatsApp, Messenger and similar apps.

What if I run out of data?

For most plans you can top up in the My eSIM section without reinstalling. Where that is not possible, you buy a new eSIM.

Can I share data as a hotspot?

Yes, tethering is allowed on our plans. Keep in mind that usage will go up.

How long is the eSIM valid?

The validity is shown on each plan. Details about when it starts are in your confirmation e-mail.
